1. Infrasaathi is authorized to market, promote, and facilitate the sale of the Mittal Infra’sproperties (flats/ commercial spaces).
  2. Infrasaathi shall identify potential buyers, arrange site visits, and assist in negotiations.
  3. Infrasaathi shall be entitled to a commission of the final sale price less GST of each property sold.
  4. Commission shall be payable only upon successful completion of the sale and partwise as per receipt of payment from the buyer.
  5. No advance or retainer shall be paid.
  6. Mittal Infraspaces reserves the right to engage other Infra Saathis.
  7. Infrasaathi shall do sales and marketing and shall in no sense be considered as an employee of the Mittal Infraspaces
  8. Infrasaathi undertakes not to make any verbal commitment or in writing or any other mode on their own whether related to price, location, other benefits etc.
  9. Infrasaathi shall truly disclose to the Client Mittal Infra’s printed material and specifically inform that the Client shall be bound by all the terms and conditions of Application Form/Sale Agreement/ any MOU etc.
  10. Infrasaathi undertakes not to accept any payment in cash or cheque from any Client. Any payment shall be done by the Client directly to Mittal Infraspaces
  11. Infrasaathi undertakes not to issue/sign any receipt, letter or correspondence etc on behalf of Mittal Infraspaces
  12. Infrasaathi undertakes to ensure timely payment of all dues payable by the Client to the Mittal Infraspaces
  13. That I undertake and indemnify Mittal Infraspaces in case of any false representation/ misrepresentation or any such loss that shall arise due to my action or conduct while carrying out sales and marketing for the same.  I further undertake that no claim of any nature whatsoever shall accrue against the Mittal Infraspaces or its management
  14. That I further indemnify the Mittal Infraspaces and its management of any liability/obligation that shall accrue as a result of any activity/task carried out by me in respect of sales and marketing of Mittal Infraspaces and it is further undertaken that my acts /omissions shall only be restricted to sales/marketing and no other representation of any sort whatsoever shall be carried out by good self
  15. Infrasaathi  shall maintain confidentiality of all property-related information.
  16. Infrasaathi  shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standardsincluding those related to TDS, RERA etc
  17. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved through mediation/arbitration/court in Bhagalpur
